The biggest show of the summer is coming to Western New York! That’s right, it’s time for Jack’s Throwback Concert, presented by 92.9 JACKFM Buffalo, NY. Van
Halen, Bruce Springsteen, U2 and Tom Petty…will not be there. But some
people who do a mighty fine rendition of those acts will be!
THE LINEUP: Full Moon Fever, a Tom Petty tribute.
Elevation, a tribute to U2.
Glory Days: a Bruce Springsteen Experience
And, Panama takes you back to the early days of Van Halen.
WHEN AND WHERE:
Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Sunset Bay Beach Club in Irving, N.Y. The beach opens at 11 a.m., and music begins at noon.
Ten bucks will get you in to see the greatest collection of tribute
bands since…ah, ever? This is a walk-up event, so you can get your
tickets at the door, then plop a drink in your hand and your toes in the
sand. Say “YES!” to loud music, a day at the beach, cold beer and
scantily clad arms in the air, waving like they just don’t care. Or say “No,” and be THAT guy.
